iPad Fail
I was enjoying my iPad until I plugged it into my Mac. I was trying to stop it from using an American English dictionary and someone on the Apple Forums suggested plugging it in to a host machine, which would hopefully force it to pick up the settings used by that.
Apple's iPad
I've had an iPad for just over a month now and I'm loving it! I think the best word to sum it up is "slick". It feels intuitive and natural to use – tap, swipe, touch and drag are all obvious for a user in a way that a mouse never could be. In places it does feel a little too experimental. With a lot of apps you end up swiping in random directions across the screen in order to get the app to do something.
